A specific recruitment consultant will be assigned to handle specific client/s, so that individual client's special requirements and needs will be well understood and taken care of. The consultant will handle the client's needs from taking of new positions, short-listing and accessing of suitable candidates for the positions, to billing and future follow-up of the client. This not only instil a follow-through capability in our system, but also creates the sense of ownership in every of our consultants when handling client's requirements.

- Potential candidates will be screened and interviewed by our consultants first to determine their fit to your requirements.
- Other than our first round of interview, multiple interviews will be coordinated for each potential candidate that suits your organization's needs.
- Upon your request, reference checks will be conducted with the candidate's ex-employers.

Indirect Contract Placement

- All services provided for Permanent Placement .
- Candidate's HR and payroll matters, including statutory contributions will be administered .
- Necessary administration and documentation for foreign candidates will be administered.

Temporary Placement

- Fast turnaround time to get temp staff with suitable skillsets.
