Job Scope:

• Process customer orders and purchase orders to venders
• Liaise with vendors on rescheduling of products. Escalate and resolve line down problems.
• Monitor delivery schedules and expedites delivery of purchases.
• Investigates and resolves problem with deliveries.
• Handle sales through pricing between inter-companies.
• Process returns/claims. Arrange returned of demage stocks to vendors.
• Liaise and follow up with vendors on shortages or excess shipment.
• Responisible for providing weekly reports as required.
• Coordinates date and times of delivery to customer based on coordination with all departments applicable.
  
• To match and update ESD and pricing against vendor system.
• Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 'O' level qualification and above.
  
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  
• Working experience in customer service or buyer field is preferred.
  
• PC literate. Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  
• Must have initiative and hardworking. Able to work under stress and pressure.
• Team player and have attention to details.
  
• Good communication skills.
