Job Scope:

• Process order from customer.
• Monitor/follow up on on shipment to ensure timely delivery.
  
• Rescheduling & cancellation of the order based on lead-time & customer requirement.
  
• Maintain relationship with customer provide a good service.
  
• Involved in planning and forecasting for production and shipment schedule.
  
• Handling of customers' inquiries and feedback.
  
• Manae day to day operations in support of  sales include order acknowledgement, shipment preparation, quotation and etc.
  
• Respond promptly to customers' requirement through effective communication and co-ordination with various internal depts.
  
• Liaising/monitoring with customers' on A/R to ensure payment received promptly.
  
• Any other related projects/duties which not indicated above will be assigned by the superior from time to time.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year working experience.
  
• Secondary school or equivalent.
  
• Independent and self-motivated.
  
• Problem solving and communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
  
• Assist sales to achieve sales target within stipulated time frame.
  
• To be able to follow up closely on customers' related matters.
• MS Powerpoint application.
  
• Effective communication skills & negotation skill.
• In-house MIS application
