RA Technology Centre System Engineer

This position is only available to Singapore residents or to those who hold valid working visas or permits.

The company is one of the world's leading manufacturers of office automation equipment, including multifunctional digital copiers, facsimilies, printers, scanners, digital imaging systems, cameras and related supplies.

Job Description:
- Technical support for company Device SDK and 3rd party software development
- Product & Solution preparation for regional launching (Network connectivity & software products)
- Technical Analysis of Field Pre/Post sales Technical issues (2nd & 3rd Level) (Network connectivity/software matters)
- Process improvement in the area of Workflow
- Cross Function Participation
- Tech Center Action Plan Participation
- Adminstrate and support on Tech Center Equipments

Requirements:

- At least 3 years experiences of experience in professional Java software programming of product developement using Java programming with device SDK
- Graduate of computing/software/IT diploma or degree or its equivalent.
- MSC/MCSE/Sun Solaris or its equivalent
