Job Scope:

<>- To preserve and grow MediaRing ‘s revenue, achieving budgeted targets through promotions and marketing activities

<>- Strategize, plan, and execute and control marketing activities to achieve desired revenue and targeted objectives

- Ensure that marketing budget expenditure achieves optimal resource usage

Main Duties & Responsibilities

<>Specific Duties (eg 80%)

1. <>Plan and Execute marketing and communication projects and activities aimed to achieve the following objectives;
   

1. Increase public awareness / Maintain mind-share

2. Encourage new subscriptions of MediaRing service

3. Reward and retain existing base of MediaRing customers

4. Reactive inactive accounts

5. <>Counter competitors’ marketing objectives
   

2. <>Report and Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing projects / activities executed according to the program-specific objectives sought.
   

3. <>Contain marketing expenditure within allocated budget.
   

<>General Duties (eg 20%)

• Manage public relations, press releases and corporate communications

• Organize, execute and administer A&P activities (incl. Road shows, Loyalty Programs, Lucky Draws, Contest etc)

• Define and ensure corporate communications materials are in uniformity to maintain a consistent corporate image and branding.

• Develop necessary marketing collateral to provide sufficient information and knowledge of MR’s products and services equipping internal departments with in-depth knowledge.

• Liaise with advertising agency, PR agency, event management company and other external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing activities

• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, in-house surveys, consumers' surveys

• Conduct analysis on effectiveness of the execution of marketing activities

• Manage marketing premium, corporate and promotional materials

• Maintain web image consistently with MediaRing’s positioning and strategy

• Prepare Marketing Report

• Liaise with external parties for sponsorship, joint promotions and PR write ups

• Perform any other job requested by the management from time to time

Requirements:

• Marketing/Advertising/Communications Diploma with at least 1-2 years experience in Advertising / Marketing

• Knowledge of the telecommunication industry would be an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
